Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using LivaFast(the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is published by LivaFast Inc.(“we,” “us,” “our”).
Description of service
LivaFast is an iOS application designed to help individuals track fasting windows, log liver-related biomarkers (ALT, AST, GGT, FIB-4), and receive on-device AI coaching for metabolic liver health. The App is available for iOS 26+ and watchOS 11+.
Not medical advice
LivaFast is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, fasting routine, or medication.
The Liver Progress Score (LPS), fasting insights, and LiVA coaching suggestions are informational tools. They are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider — particularly a hepatologist or gastroenterologist — before making decisions about your liver health.
Purchase and pricing
The App is a one-time purchase of $39.99 (USD) through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring charges. Apple Family Sharing is supported for up to 6 family members.
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s App Store terms, including their refund policy. We do not process payments directly.
User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App as a substitute for professional medical care
- Maintain accurate information in any health data you enter
- Consult your healthcare provider before acting on any information presented by the App
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of LivaFast Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle (or rather, don’t handle) your data. In short: your health data never leaves your device and iCloud Private Database. We cannot access it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LivaFast Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any health decisions made based on information provided by the App
- Unauthorised access to your device or iCloud account
- Any interruption or cessation of the App’s functionality
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Modifications to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LivaFast Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
